A large commercial property manager reached out to us about a set of seven halogen wall washer lights that hadn’t worked in over a decade. These lights, essential for highlighting the building’s architecture and adding ambiance, had been gathering dust for years. Our mission: to breathe new life into these fixtures while upgrading them to modern LED technology.
Step 1: Assessing the Situation
Upon arriving at the site, we carefully inspected the halogen wall washer lights. It was clear that these fixtures were outdated and well past their prime. While they had served their purpose in the past, finding a contemporary LED replacement that matched the original aesthetic was going to take some legwork.
